Job summary

First Command Financial Services is seeking a Technology Adoption Specialist to turn new technology and processes into adopted ways of working across the enterprise. You will partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to assess adoption complexity, define success, and develop practical approaches that drive awareness, capability, and sustained usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (or 4 years of experience).
• 2+ years in Financial Services industry.
• 2+ years in technology adoption or related role.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders.
• Raise awareness of business processes across all personas.
• Promote consistency in business processes.
• Understand upcoming development items and their impact.
• Lead adoption plan development with milestones and tools.
• Define adoption goals and metrics based on stakeholder outcomes.
• Incorporate tech adoption toolset into new technology.
• Review and analyze adoption metrics and create an action plan.
