Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in technology adoption or a related role within financial services.
• Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in digital adoption and training methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with various project management disciplines and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technology Adoption Specialist group and the Adoption Delivery team, providing direction, coaching, development, and support to team members.
• Assist with executing the organization's adoption strategy to enable the adoption of new technologies and supporting processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with multiple business units and leadership to ensure success of digital investments and processes.
• Develop and implement standard operations of Technology Adoption Specialist team and Business Process Consultant team.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology adoption initiatives, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team and the broader organization.
• Periodic travel to Field offices in support of adoption initiatives.
