Job summary

Salem Media is seeking a Digital Account Executive in Glendale/LA to drive new business across radio, digital, podcasts, and events. You will prospect aggressively, design integrated marketing strategies, and present data-driven ROI-focused proposals to local and regional businesses.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales or media/digital advertising, strong digital knowledge, and a consultative selling style. CRM proficiency and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, B2B sales, or media/digital advertising sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding new business goals.
• Strong digital knowledge: SEM, SEO, programmatic, OTT/CTV, social media, email marketing.
• Consultative selling approach with excellent communication.
• CRM proficiency and data analysis capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and close new accounts via cold calling, networking, and outreach.
• Design integrated marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.
• Present data-driven proposals showing ROI.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
