Responsibilities

• Receives all supplies and equipment for the Food Service Department, checking quality, weight and specifications to ensure compliance with purchase orders.
• Carries or trucks supplies to storage area, fills and delivers requisitions, organizes and maintains storage areas in neat and orderly fashion.
• Prepares inventories and maintains records of stock received and issued.
• Ensures competent, efficient and timely performance of duties and assignments.
• Maintains good guest and working relations.
