Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent is required.
• One year of work-related experience or comparable college or commercial school courses is required.
• The ability to read, write and speak English and do simple arithmetic is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive all supplies and equipment for the Food Service Department, checking quality, weight and specifications to ensure compliance with purchase orders.
• Carry or truck supplies to storage area, fill and deliver requisitions, organize and maintain storage areas in neat and orderly fashion, prepare inventories and maintain records of stock received and issued.
• Ensure the competent, efficient and timely performance of duties and assignments.
• Accurately and promptly receive and store supplies. Must meet established daily deadlines with accuracy and quality performance.
• Maintain good guest and working relations.
