Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a passionate Dietary Services Manager to oversee the dietary department, ensuring nutrition, safety, and exemplary service for residents. You will coordinate with care teams, plan menus, manage procurement, and lead staff to deliver high-quality meals in a compliant environment.

The role requires leadership, healthcare dietary management experience, and a strong understanding of nutrition and food safety regulations.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of an approved Food Management Course.
CDM or CFSM certification preferred.
Experience managing dietary services in healthcare or senior living.
Solid knowledge of nutrition, special diets, and dietary restrictions.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Proficient with menu planning software and basic computing.

Oversee all aspects of the dietary department for nutrition, safety and service quality.
Plan nutritious, appetizing menus meeting resident needs.
