Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a dietary aide preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prepare meals per instructions and utilize kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication skills and physical stamina for a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision and follow instructions.
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms on schedule.
• Assist with post-meal cleanup and removing waste.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and cleaning stations.
• Wash dishes and keep equipment and utensils clean.
• Monitor ingredient stock and assist with inventory.
