Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDM certification and state certification requirements.
• Supervisory experience in institutional long-term care or hospital setting preferred.

• Operational management: direct daily dietary department operations in compliance with regulations.
• Quality & safety: maintain clean, safe, sanitary environment and nutritionally balanced meals.
• Team leadership: develop dietary staff, collaborate with facility staff, manage budgets and goals.
