Journey is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department, overseeing meal planning, safety, and regulatory compliance for residents. You will guide the team, ensure high-quality meals, and uphold sanitation standards in a long-term care setting.

In this leadership role, you will collaborate with facility staff, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in food service operations while supporting staff development and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and state certification requirements required.
• Food service supervisory experience in long-term care or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct daily operations of the dietary department while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment and ensure nutritionally balanced meals meet guidelines.
• Lead and develop the dietary team, collaborate with facility staff, and manage budgets and goals.
