Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to ensure residents receive well-prepared meals and outstanding service. You will help set up dining areas, assist in meal prep under supervision, and deliver trays on time while maintaining strict sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and physical stamina in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required; food service certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as dietary aide with culinary and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines in food service.
• Meal preparation using standard cookware and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under a dietary manager or cook guidance, ensuring safety.
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms on schedule.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and clearing dining areas.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment.
