Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume food preparation preferred.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft products (Word/Excel).
• Meets CMS/State regulation for education and experience required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of the Dietary Services department.
• Follow patient care plans for nutritional meals according to physician orders.
• Supervise dietary personnel and ensure regulatory compliance and center policies.
