Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare a variety of meals, supervise dietary functions, and support residents’ nutritional wellbeing. You will work in the Dietary department under supervision, ensuring quality, presentation, and compliance with diets.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or ability to read/write English) and culinary experience. You will contribute to menu planning, portion control, and efficient kitchen operations in a supportive team setting.

Formación

• High School diploma preferred or ability to read and write English.
• Previous culinary experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of preparing foods in large quantities and understanding special diets.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise kitchen operations in the absence of the manager.
• Receive reports on meals and coordinate food and supply requirements.
• Adhere to special diet orders and substitutions.
• Plan, prepare, and serve meals with proper timing.
• Perform additional duties as directed.
• Maintain readiness until replacements arrive.
