Hillcrest Health & Rehabilitation Center is now hiring a Dietary Manager to run the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area, serving residents with high-quality meals and attentive service. As part of our award-winning team, you’ll oversee food service staff, budgeting, inventory, and nutrition planning, while maintaining safety and sanitation standards and collaborating with other departments.

Competenze

• 1 year: Prior food service or kitchen experience is required.
• Certified Dietary Manager runs the day-to-day operation.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory, and purchasing is a plus.
• Nutrition consulting or meal planning experience is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Manage daily kitchen operations and food service staff.
• Provide schedules, payroll, hiring, and employee relations.
• Oversee nutrition planning, meal planning, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Ensure dietary procedures follow policies and sanitary regulations.
• Foster collaboration with inter-department teams to meet resident needs.
• Serve meals that are palatable and properly portioned.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and proper operation of kitchen equipment.
