Brookdale Senior Living in Texas is seeking a Dietary Services leader to manage food service operations for residents and staff. You will supervise dietary staff, plan menus, control costs, and ensure meals meet nutritional standards and Brookdale procedures.

The role requires ServSafe certification, high school diploma or GED, and 2–4 years’ experience in dietary or culinary settings. A comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in dietary services, commercial kitchen, operation and line cooking, and/or training.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Obtain/hold any local, state and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
