Qualifications

• Current ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and manages all supervisory staff for kitchen and dining services.
• Develops menus with chefs and incorporates resident dietary needs.
• Plans and manages department budget and purchasing to control costs.
• Ensures sanitary, safe operations and regulatory compliance.
• Plans events and dining experiences for residents.
