Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–4 years in commercial kitchen/line cooking or equivalent.
• Current ServSafe Certification required; state certification if applicable.
• ACF CSC certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, manages, and coordinates dining services activities across locations.
• Develops and enforces standards for organization and supervision.
• Plans menus, controls food costs, and may prepare meals.
• Oversees food prep to ensure adherence to procedures and safety.
• Inspects work areas for safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepares schedules, production worksheets, and staff assignments.
• Trains new employees and delegates duties effectively.
• Develops cost control systems and submits budgets to the director.
• Provides nutrition education and counseling to residents and staff.
