PACS is hiring a Dietary Aide General Purpose to support dining services in a post-acute care setting. You will learn routines quickly, set up meal trays, assist with serving meals, and help with dishwashing and sanitation throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include recording dishwasher parameters, maintaining clean surfaces, and working closely with the cook and dietary supervisor. Equal opportunity employer and team-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain a food handlers' certificate.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.

Responsabilités

• Learn food service routines quickly.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Record chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwasher.
• Operate the dishwasher and maintain clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and maintain floors.
• Carry out trash and keep Groceries stored safely.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing dietary staff training.
• Collaborate with Cook and Dietary supervisor.
