• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and technical procedures.
• Basic math skills for fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions.
• Ability to interpret instructions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and strip down returned trays for washing.
• Assist with serving meals and operating the dishwasher.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwasher.
• Clean work surfaces, refrigerators, and floors; sweep and mop kitchen.
• Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff.
