Qualifications

• 3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Ase Certification and 608/609 certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers with minimal supervision.
• Repair and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, and fuel systems.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Utilize Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including diagnostics.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training.
