Penske is seeking a Technician in Atlanta to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You’ll work alongside experienced supervisors and master technicians, learning Penske’s maintenance processes and gaining hands‑on coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to use basic diagnostic tools and solve problems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Log repairs and diagnostics using Penske tools and technologies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic component replacement.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training programs.
• Collaborate with supervisor on additional tasks as assigned.
