Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a dedicated Technician in Norcross, GA to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet.

You’ll work with modern tooling, receive industry-certified training, and support customers in keeping vehicles reliable and on the road. The role offers exposure to multiple OEM systems, on-site learning from experienced technicians, and a pathway for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske’s tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as replacing or rotating tires and lubrication of vehicle components.
• Learn new skills via Penske’s technician training and hands-on coaching with your manager.
• Work on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
