Penske is seeking an Automotive Technician in Dixon, CA to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet. You’ll work with advanced tools, learn Penske maintenance processes, and grow through the Technician Certification Program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.

Responsibilities

• Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers.
• Using Penske’s tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication, plus some electrical and cooling system work.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Tackle additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
