Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools confidently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work outdoors.
• Basic computer skills for logging and research.

Aufgaben

• Maintaining vehicles to ensure safety for customers.
• Using Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as tire replacement/rotation and lubrication, plus electrical and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Able to take on additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
