Job summary

Penske is seeking a Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will work with experienced supervisors to learn Penske's maintenance processes and use cutting-edge technology while keeping safety as a top priority.

The role offers strong training, a path for career growth, and benefits as you contribute to keeping vehicles on the road. Prior repair experience and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good problem solving and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe and reliable for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske's tools, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotations and lubrication on gas/diesel vehicles.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training and coaching with your manager.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
