Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking skilled technicians to inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel refuse trucks. You will work on hydraulic and electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and PTO, ensuring fleet readiness.

Starting pay is $30-$40/hr with additional pay based on experience and certifications. Benefits include PTO, tool allowance, boot reimbursement, health coverage after 60 days, and a 401(k) after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs on Diesel Refuse Trucks.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, PTO systems, and other truck components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to keep Refuse Trucks operating safely and reliably.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs to ensure fleet vehicles are ready for daily operation.
