Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician B to perform repair and maintenance on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks, including chassis components, refuse bodies, hydraulic and electrical systems, braking, engine work, HVAC, and more.

You will work with a skilled team to service a modern fleet and support drivers on their routes. The role emphasizes on-site maintenance, safety, and continuous training, with a clear path for professional growth within a large

Competenze

Ability to diagnose multi-system issues with technical expertise.
Basic understanding of work order labor time standards.
Experience with maintenance on Classes 1-5 light/medium duty and heavy-duty Class 7-8 trucks, aircraft, or ships.
ASE Certifications (T1-T8) are a plus but not required.
Commercial Driver’s License is a plus but not required.
3-5 Years of experience in a technician position demonstrating knowledge of both gasoline and diesel-powered equipment diagnosis and repair or graduating from an accredited automotive college or technical school within the next 3 months.
Valid Driver’s License.
