Republic Services, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician B to repair and maintain diesel and non-diesel equipment, including chassis, refuse bodies, hydraulic and electrical systems, and HVAC components.

You will service vehicles on-site and on the road, diagnosing issues and performing preventive maintenance to keep the fleet running smoothly. Qualifications include multi-system diagnostic ability, work on heavy and light trucks, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose multi-system issues and demonstrate technical expertise.
• Basic understanding of work order labor time standards.
• 3-5 years of technician experience or graduation from automotive college/tech school within 3 months.
• ASE certification (T1–T8) a plus but not required.
• CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform chassis, body, hydraulic and electrical system maintenance and repair.
• Diagnose malfunctions using a variety of electronic tools.
• Provide safe road service to return equipment to operation.
• Complete company training programs and follow safety standards.
