Job summary
The SYGMA Network is seeking a Fleet Technician to perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles and equipment. This role focuses on safe, reliable operations and reducing downtime through expert diagnosis and service.
You will conduct inspections, repairs, and annual vehicle inspections (FAI/CVI) in a fast-paced environment, adhering to DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations. CDL is preferred but not required, with tool allowances available.
Qualifications
- 2-year trade program in heavy/medium-duty trucking or equivalent.
- Experience and certifications align with fleet maintenance and repair expectations.
- CDL is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct annual inspections (FAI/CVI) per regulations.
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
- Document work orders and maintain safety/compliance standards.
