GFL Environmental, Inc. is seeking a skilled Diesel/CNG Maintenance Technician to service and repair our fleet, ensuring road readiness and safety.

Under shop leadership you will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on diesel and CNG vehicles, test drive, and complete required paperwork. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of diesel/CNG experience, knowledge of DOT/OSHA regs, and CDL or willingness to obtain one within six months.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and related regulations.
• Experience with diagnostic software and computer literacy.
• 3+ years of diesel/CNG maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance manuals.
• Willingness to obtain CDL within six months if not currently held.

Aufgaben

• Under supervision, diagnose, repair and maintain Diesel and CNG fleet.
• Inspect brakes, engine components, emissions, steering, wheel bearings.
• Test drive trucks to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform electrical, hydraulic repairs and standard diagnostics.
• Complete reports and parts orders daily.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with safety regulations.
