Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a qualified Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You’ll learn Penske’s maintenance processes and use advanced tools to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring vehicles stay on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT-aligned requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to ensure safety and reliability for customers.
• Use Penske tools and diagnostics to log, research and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance: tire rotation, lubrication, electrical/system checks.
• Collaborate with your manager to learn new skills through Penske training.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
