Qualifications

• 2+ years tenure with each previous employer is required.
• Hands-on die cast setup or heavy machinery changeover experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting with hydraulics, pneumatics, and process sheets.
• Ability to safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• U.S. work authorization; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Execute die changes and tooling setups for high‑pressure aluminum die casting machines and automation equipment.
• Set & fine‑tune process parameters (melt temp, hydraulic pressure, shot speed, cycle timing).
• Install dies, trim tools, shot-end components, and cooling/lubrication lines safely.
• Troubleshoot setup, machine, or casting defects to optimize cycles and reduce scrap.
• Inspect hydraulic, pneumatic, water/cooling, and automation systems before production sign-off.
• Coordinate first-piece inspections withQuality/Production per setup sheets.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and crane safety protocols during all operations.
