Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of tenure per previous employer
• Hands-on die cast setup or heavy machinery changeover experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting in hydraulics, pneumatics, and machines
• Ability to safely operate cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI

Aufgaben

• Perform complete die changes and tooling setups for high-pressure aluminum die casting machines and automate equipment
• Set and tune process parameters (melt temps, hydraulic pressures, shot speeds, cycle timing)
• Install dies, trim tools, shot-end components, and cooling/lubrication lines via cranes and forklifts
• Troubleshoot setup, machine, and casting defects to optimize cycles and reduce scrap
• Verify system functionality and conduct first-piece inspections with QA and Production
