Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a Die Cast Changeover Specialist for the 2nd shift to support high-volume aluminum die casting operations. You will lead die changes, set machine parameters, and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• Hands-on setup or changeover experience in high-pressure aluminum die casting or related heavy manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with reading complex setup sheets.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and reside within commuting distance of Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete die changes and tooling setups for high-pressure aluminum die casting machines and automation equipment.
• Set and fine-tune process parameters including melt temperatures, hydraulic pressures, shot speeds, and cycle timing.
• Rig, align, and install dies and tooling using cranes and forklifts.
• Diagnose and resolve setup, machine, or casting defects to optimize cycle times and reduce scrap.
• Inspect hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling, and automated systems prior to production sign-off and support first-piece inspections.
