The Keystone Distinction Group in Cedarburg, WI is hiring a Die Cast Changeover Specialist for the 2nd shift. This direct-hire role offers pay up to $41.00/hr plus a $85,280/yr baseline, with bonuses and a solid benefits package including 401(k) match and health/dental/vision coverage.

You will lead die changes, set machine parameters, rig tooling, and troubleshoot hydraulic and automation systems on high‑pressure aluminum die casting equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of tenure with previous employers.
• Experience with high-pressure aluminum die casting or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to read complex process setup sheets.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete die changes and tooling setups on high‑pressure aluminum die casting machines.
• Set precise process parameters including melt temperatures, hydraulic pressures, cycle timing.
• Rig, align, and install dies and tooling using overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Diagnose and resolve setup or casting defects to optimize cycle times.
• Inspect systems prior to production sign-off and conduct first‑piece inspection.
• Strictly follow LOTO and crane safety procedures during setups.
