Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Die Cast Changeover Specialist – High-Pressure Aluminum & Hydraulics for Cedarburg, WI on the 2nd shift. The role focuses on die changes, parameter setting, and troubleshooting in a fast, high‑volume production environment.

You will work with a premier die casting manufacturer, with ISO certification and strong employee tenure. Competitive hourly pay, 401(k) with match, and benefits are included as part of a direct‑hire arrangement.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• Hands-on die cast setup or heavy machinery changeover experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting in hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems.
• Must be US-work authorized and live within 45 minutes of Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete die changes and tooling setups for high‑pressure aluminum die casting machines.
• Set and fine‑tune process parameters including melt temp, hydraulic pressure, and cycle timing.
• Install dies, trim tools, and supporting tooling using cranes and forklifts.
• Troubleshoot setup, machine, or casting defects to optimize cycles and reduce scrap.
• Inspect systems prior to production sign‑off and coordinate first‑piece inspections.
• Follow safety protocols including LOTO, crane safety, and molten metal handling.
