Job summary

Outset Medical is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to install, calibrate, maintain and repair the Tablo Dialysis System across the United States, including patient homes. The role requires a strong engineering foundation and the ability to work closely with clinical staff and patients.

The FSE II collaborates with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) and supports R&D with field feedback to improve products.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Fluidics is recommended.
• 5+ years Field Service/Industry experience required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own transport until fleet car provided.
• Ability to travel extensively within the United States, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities or patient homes.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance incl. calibrations & upgrades.
• Serve as SME on Tablo product for internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide first/second level technical support, including after-hours coverage.
