Job summary

Outset Medical in the United States seeks a Field Service Engineer II to install, troubleshoot, and repair the Tablo Dialysis System at customer facilities or patients’ homes, performing preventive maintenance and verifications. The role requires extensive travel across the country and ongoing training material development.

Qualifications

• Associates degree recommended or military equivalent.
• 5+ years field service experience.
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluids components.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation until company fleet car is provided.
• Ability to travel extensively within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities or homes.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance including calibrations and upgrades.
• Provide first/second level technical support, including after-hours coverage.
• Document service activities and maintain spares inventory in the ERP system.
• Support Marketing and Sales for seminars, trade shows, or demonstrations.
• Provide detailed feedback to R&D regarding performance and serviceability.
