Job summary

Dialyze Direct is seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality dialysis care at our North Manchester facility. The role emphasizes independence, critical thinking, and teamwork with nephrologists and facility staff. Monday–Friday, full-time with a fixed schedule and no on-call shifts.

Requirements include a valid RN license, 6 months RN experience preferred, 3 months hemodialysis experience, and BLS certification. Travel up to 25% may be required; lifting up to 35 pounds is expected.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday Schedule
• Full Time
• Fixed schedule/no on call

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight to provide nursing care, training, and home support (as needed);
• Works collaboratively with Dialyze Direct team members, skilled nursing home facility representatives and dedicated Nephrologists;
• Collects and records relevant patient health data in the course of/pre/post hemodialysis treatment;
• Develops and maintains a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes;
• Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR;
• Performs laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures and reschedules missed or inadequate laboratory collections;
• Perform clerical tasks in addition to patient care (i.e., filing, inventory management, admission documentation, creating patient charts, etc.);
• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude to all patients and colleagues;
• Occasional travel to other nearby locations; and
• Medication administration and documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license
• 6 months of RN experience strongly preferred
• 3 months of hemodialysis experience
• BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association Required); and
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required
• This is a safety sensitive position
