Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team. You will work under RN/CN supervision to deliver safe, high-quality dialysis treatment, monitor patients, and assist with blood sample collection as ordered.

You will prepare and disinfect dialysis machines, perform safety checks, and maintain logs. The role requires CPR certification within 90 days and completion of USRC training within 8 weeks of hire, along with state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and collect patient stats.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis and disinfect after treatment.
• Conduct machine safety checks and log results for quality control.
• Follow safety measures and company policies; participate in meetings and continuing education.
