U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team. You will work under the supervision of an RN or CN, providing safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and assisting with patient care throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include preparing machines, monitoring patients, collecting samples, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Training and ongoing education are provided; CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Able to mix acids and bicarbonate per protocol.
• Must distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care during dialysis under supervision.
• Prepare machines, clean after treatment, and log safety checks.
• Monitor patients and collect blood samples per orders.
• Participate in meetings and continuing education.
