U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team, under the supervision of an RN or Charge Nurse, to assist with dialysis treatment and patient care.

You will prepare and operate dialysis machines, monitor patients during treatment, collect samples, and ensure safety and quality by following protocols and training requirements. This role requires a high school diploma, a desire to help others, and completion of USRC training and CPR certification within

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Successful completion of USRC training program within 8 weeks of hire.
• Successful completion of USRC training in the theory and practice of hemodialysis within 8 weeks of hire.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or as required by the state.
• PCT certification must be obtained through a state certification program or national program within 18 months of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Comfort with mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
