U.S. Renal Care seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team providing dialysis support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with patient care, monitor vital signs, initiate and terminate treatments, and collect blood samples per physician orders.

The role emphasizes safety, equipment sanitation, and adherence to state and federal regulations. Training is provided; CPR is required within 90 days and PCT certification within 18 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Basic healthcare exposure or desire to work in healthcare.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire; PCT certification within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis under RN supervision.
• Perform safety checks on machines and ensure infection control and sanitation.
• Assist in data collection (vital signs, blood samples) and follow physician orders.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.
