Job summary

US Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment under RN or CN supervision.

You will perform patient care tasks, prepare equipment, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced center. Responsibilities include gathering patient stats, initiating and monitoring treatment, logging quality checks, and adhering to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and patient care.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis, monitor patients, and collect samples as ordered.
• Disinfect machines after use and perform safety checks with logging.
• Follow safety measures and company policies under supervision.
