U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in Hawaii is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional dialysis team.

You will work under RN or Charge Nurse supervision, delivering safe, high-quality dialysis care and monitoring patients throughout treatment. Responsibilities include preparing dialysis machines, logging quality checks, following safety protocols, and participating in staff meetings and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment to patients.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect after treatment, and conduct safety checks.
• Adhere to safety measures and company policies; participate in meetings and continuing education.
