U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team. You will work under RN supervision to provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment, monitor vitals, and support patient care in a collaborative, interprofessional environment.

This role emphasizes safety, machine preparation, and adherence to regulatory standards, with CPR and PCT certification timelines outlined. We offer meaningful growth and a mission-driven workplace for dedicated caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• PCT certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire and maintained thereafter.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patient vitals before and after treatment.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect after treatment, and log safety checks and results.
• Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws; work under supervision of a Charge Nurse.
