Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team. You will work under a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse, delivering patient care and assisting with treatment initiation, monitoring, and blood sample collection as ordered by physicians.

You will ensure machine safety checks, document quality controls, and adhere to state and federal regulations while engaging in ongoing education and team collaboration to support patient well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely prepare chemical solutions.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions.
• Monitor vital signs and perform treatments under nurse supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
