U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team. You will work under supervision to deliver care and delegated dialysis activities to patients, ensuring safety and quality during treatments.

You will assist with patient monitoring, machine setup, and routine log-keeping while upholding state and federal regulations. Training is provided to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe dialysis treatment and monitor patients during sessions.
• Prepare machines, clean/disinfect after treatments, and perform safety checks.
• Follow safety measures and company/state/federal regulations; participate in meetings and training.
