Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment and patient care under RN or CN supervision. Responsibilities include gathering stats, initiating and terminating treatment, and collecting samples per physician orders.

You will prepare machines for hemodialysis, clean and disinfect them after use, and conduct safety checks with logging for quality control. CPR and PCT certifications are required within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients in need.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire; PCT certification within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines, disinfect equipment, and perform safety checks and logging.
• Follow safety measures and comply with company policies and state/federal regulations; participate in meetings and continuing education.
