Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team. You will work directly with patients to deliver safe, high-quality dialysis care and collect initial stats under supervision.

Responsibilities include operating dialysis machines, preparing and disinfecting equipment, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. A healthcare background and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA is a plus.
• Ability to mix acids and bicarbonate per protocol.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and patient care under RN/Charge Nurse supervision.
• Prepare machines, disinfect after treatment, and perform machine safety checks.
• Follow safety measures and company policies; participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
