Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis teams.

You will work under a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to deliver treatment and monitor patients with renal failure, ensuring safety and comfort. Key duties include taking vital signs, preparing and operating dialysis machines, maintaining cleanliness, and participating in quality and safety processes. A high school diploma and healthcare interest are required; training is provided and CPR/certifications

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect equipment, and perform safety checks per protocol.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
• Adhere to company policies, state/federal laws and regulatory requirements.
